Art 7 LD n 196/2003 - right of access and other rights of the data subject

1. To gain confirmation of the existence or lack of the same personal data referring to the said subject, even if not stored, and receive notification in an intelligible form.

2. To gain knowledge of:

1. origin of the personal data;
   2. purpose and process instrument;
   3. logic applied where data is processed electronically;
